People Services Junior Generalist (German Speaker)

Main responsibilities
Create employee contracts, oversee and complete all required steps of the hiring process, coordinate with different stakeholders to provide an efficient and seamless onboarding experience
Manage the employee job change process in Workday and related systems
Administer termination activities, ensure smooth & compliant off-boarding
Ensure all systems are up to date throughout the entire lifecycle of the employee
Manage all documents related to people life cycle management (preparation, collection, validation, archiving)
Provide general support on employee related questions (Level 1) and be engaged in the Customer Service process in Service Now
Handle direct queries from employees via phone calls
Address operational issues, investigate and follow up to resolution in an effective and timely manner
Execute in compliance with Sanofi policies relevant guidelines, including GDPR and labour law
Complete all activities as per the global Core Model and operational KPIs
Participate in local /global projects, contributing to the implementation of new initiatives
Train & support new joiners and existing team members (if required)
 

About you

Experience

First hands on experience in HR role preferably in an international multicultural environment
Broad understanding of HR processes and activities
 

Soft and technical skills

Computer literate and familiar with HR / Human Capital Management related tools & systems as e.g., Workday
Familiar with Ticketing Management tools (such as ServiceNow)
User level of Microsoft Office Suit (Excel, Word etc.)
Ability to interact with internal and external clients in a professional manner
Team player, able to work collaboratively transversally and with People Services front line teams with an end-to-end mindset
Good communication skills, attentive to customer needs & feedback
Organized and structured to execute tasks according to deadlines, attention to details is crucial
 

Education

Graduate or master’s degree with HR or business administration
 

Languages

Fluent in English and German language knowledge (min. B2-C1) is a must & knowledge of other European language is welcome
