Group Capability Development & Strategic HR team is seeking a new member for the following position:

Group Digital Learning Expert

Scope of the position:
Drives the Online Learning agenda of MOL Group to ensure the transition to a digitally embedded learning portfolio with enhanced Employee Drive all related programs to support MOL Groups’ strategical pillar of being the Employer of Choice.

Main Tasks:
Digital Learning Strategy Development:
• Lead the development and execution of MOL Group’s digital learning strategy in alignment with the Group HR strategy, overall business objectives and learning needs.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments and analyze learning gaps to identify opportunities for implementing digital learning solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in digital learning and recommend innovative approaches to enhance learning experiences. Actively keeps contact with relevant institutes and benchmark companies and external content/solution providers and brings in best practice in forms of proposals to MOL Group. Continuously educates concerned HR community about the running projects and initiatives under their responsibility.
• Sets direction for building online learning community and actively keeps contact with them directly/through MOL Group country responsible.
Learning Technology Management:
• Oversee the evaluation, selection, and implementation of new learning management systems (LMS), learning experience platforms (LXP), or other digital learning tools to support the organization’s learning goals.
• Harmonize and integrate existing learning platforms to ensure a seamless user experience and facilitate cross-platform data sharing and reporting.
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and assess the performance of learning technology providers.
Learning Content Strategy:
• Define the strategic approach for creating and curating digital learning content, including e-learning modules, microlearning, videos, webinars, and gamified learning experiences.
• Establish content development guidelines, quality standards, and review processes to maintain consistency and relevance across all learning materials.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
• Utilize learning analytics and data-driven insights to assess the effectiveness and utilization of digital learning initiatives, identifies and initiates areas for improvement.
Change Management and Training:
• Lead change management efforts during the implementation of new learning technologies and initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption and integration.
• Develop and deliver training sessions for stakeholders, content owners, and learners to enhance their digital literacy and maximize the benefits of digital learning tools.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Learning & Development, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred
• Min. 5 years of work experience preferably in multinational environment or consultancy within L&D field, at least 3 years experience in developing and executing digital learning strategies in a corporate or educational setting
• Strong understanding of various learning technologies, including LMS/LXP, and authoring tools.
• Demonstrated experience in managing learning system implementations and vendor relationships.
• Proven experience in content strategy development and content curation for digital learning platforms, familiarity with learning analytics, data analysis and reporting tools.
• Exceptional project management skills and the ability to drive and influence cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities. Adaptability to change, Positive attitude, Ability to work under pressure, Strong need for self-development and experience in change management. Creative thinking and a passion for driving innovation in digital learning.
• Any type of graphic software (Adobe, Photoshop) and e-learning content developer software (Adobe Captivate, Articulate) is an advantage
• Fluency in English language
