Join Enter Air Services! We are seeking qualified professionals for our new development project. Based in Debrecen, Hungary.
Your Responsibilities
Cooperates with foreign suppliers of tools and materials by submitting inquiries, price negotations and carries out transport orders
Creates,controls and describes purchasing documents (Invoice, Purchase Order, Proforma Invoice)
Records invoices and supervises their turnover within the company
Coordinates road and air transport
Conducts customs clearance by providing translations of goods, quality certificates, applies appropriate provisions enabling the process of customs and tax services
Analyzes demand for parts, materials and tools by building minimum inventories and coordinates the supply chain
Approves new vendors through quality evaluation questionnaire form submission and enforces approval documents in accordance with the service organization’s procedures
Our Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in Purchasing Logistics
Driver’s License B
Good English (Written and spoken) and computer Skills (MS Office)
Availability to work on Shifts – also on weekends and holidays
Ability to work in a team
Preciseness and high sense of responsibility
Previous experience in aviation industry is an advantage
Forklift License will be an additional advantage
EU work permit
