Tasks
As a member of GBS GRC / IT&Security Engagement&Awareness team, the position will actively creating and implementing transparent and understandable reports about the organization’s service level metrics.
• The role will develop and support data solutions for GBS Cyber Security Services teams and business partners.
• The role will collaborate with other GBS CSS teams to establish and maintain dynamic data solution, also to create real-time dashboard capabilities for executive management and business partners.
• You will optimize data performance and deliver compelling data visualizations while contributing to and following organizational standards and processes. This role will also explore use of different data analysis and visualization technologies for building optimal solutions while maintaining alignment to organizational strategies
• The Security Reporting Business Analyst main accountability is to design a unified reporting scene, create processes to maintain a continuous and transparent reports, both with the peer teams and the internal clients. Secondary accountability is to design and maintain SEA Team’s End-User Awareness metric system (including all measureable activities, trainings, content, phishing simulation) and include them in the CSS reporting line.
• The role needs to demonstrate strong project management skills as the data sources are scattered through several teams.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborating with all CSS teams regarding their metrics
• Establish metrics within (I)SEA Team
• Collaborate with internal teams to design, test, implement and upkeep the reporting framework and data visualization
• Establish and maintain regular communication with both peer CSS teams and internal clients
• Ensure to work in compliance with Hydro Cyber Security strategy, GBS IT strategy, policies and standardized operating procedures.
• Perform all other tasks upon the instructions of the superior in charge which may be necessitated by the operations of the related unit and which do not conflict with any applicable laws, statutory provisions and company rules.
• Compliance with area-specific customer requirements
Requirements
• > 5 years experience working with data sources
• Experience working in a similar role (Functional Specialist, Business Analyst)
• Proven record of supporting business goals
• Project management experience is advantage
• Master/Bachelor/Vocational Degree
• Fluent in English is mandatory. Any other language is a plus
• Previous track record of working with senior management
