Tasks
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join our team at the outset of a digital transformation initiative. The ideal candidate will be a multifunctional team member, responsible for setting up the product roadmap, establishing the Scrum team, managing stakeholders, and creating effective working and reporting methodologies using Azure DevOps. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to ensure the successful adoption of Agile practices and delivery of high-quality products.
• Lead the initial setup of Agile practices within the organization
• Educate and guide the team on Agile principles and the Scrum framework
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define and prioritize the product roadmap
• Assist in creating and maintaining a well-defined product backlog
• Ensure alignment between the product roadmap and business goals
• Assemble and organize the Scrum team, ensuring the right mix of skills and experience
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Support the team in identifying and removing impediments to progress
• Act as a bridge between the Scrum team and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project goals and progress
• Manage stakeholder expectations and foster positive relationships
• Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project status
Requirements
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies
• Experience in setting up and managing Scrum teams at the beginning of a digital transformation
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification
• Fluent in English is mandatory.
• Experience with other Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban
• Background in software development/data engineering or IT project management
• Familiarity with digital transformation projects and related challenges
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps and its tools for project management and reporting
• Experience with Stakeholder mapping and management
• Experience with organizational change management
• Knowledge of agile development methodologies
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Preferences
• Agile Leadership Certifications (CAL-E, CAL-T, CAL-O) are a plus
