Job Description
Task:

Planning, conception and implementation of commissioning and operation of our customers complex storage backup systems
Processing and execution of complex orders
Participation in the creation of decision templates and concepts
Installation, design and implementation of supporting tools
Development and planning of service concepts
Control of order processing
Ensuring the agreed service level
Creation of documentation

Qualifications

Masters or diploma degree with adequate professional experience or comparable knowledge and skills (completed training as an IT system electronics technician, IT specialist for system integration, information electronics technician, computer scientist, business IT specialist or similar)
Min. 2 years of relevant experience in IT administration of NAS/SAN storage systems
Practical experience in the administration of the respective storage services:
SAN Storage: Brocade – DCX, EMC – VNX / VS6, Huawei – Oceanstor / Dorado, NetApp – E-Series
NAS / Object Storage: NetApp – FAS / AFF / Ontap-Select, EMC – DD2200 / DD3300, NetApp – StorageGRID Webscale
Knowledge of the respective manufacturer tools for administering the manufacturer systems
Project management level 1-2
Good customer-oriented thinking and acting

Analytical, systematic and structured way of working
High analytical and conceptual thinking skills
High flexibility, resilience and willingness to perform
Good communication skills in German
Good presentation and moderation skills
Good and broad technical understanding
