The Customs Compliance Manager shall work in Logistics Department and will be responsible for Europe Supply Center customs operation.
Responsibilities:
· Lead a team to control daily import and export business fulfillment (operation, EMS qualification, tax treatment), be part of related digitalization projects
· Control and optimize EMS and LSP customs processes, effectively manage the regular monthly checking and organize spot audits
· Ensure the fulfillment of EU Directives and Regulations (HS classification, Dual-use, F-Gas, CBAM, etc), manage license extensions
· Be the owner of existing SOP/procedures, ensure parties agreements, maintain the related documents (POA, SOP etc.)
· Contact window to Customs Authorities, take part in government-initiated customs audits, manage escalations of trade- and customs issues of ESC
· Effectively manage ESC (HUN, NL, SI) customs risks, organize training sessions to the logistics team and other depts involved
· Work closely with regional customs compliance manager/team (e.g. RCCM) and report the key issues, follow up the procedure implementations and actions

Requirements:
· preferable MSc degree of economics/logistics management or international trade, relevant customs education
· Proven track record in Customs management at a multinational manufacturing/logistics company and/or customs authority
· Have good communication and coordination skills
· Have good learning ability, strong work initiative, spirit of teamwork
· Open to work in multicultural environment
· Negotiation level of English, native Hungarian speaking
· Have a good understanding of ERP/Customs systems, MS Office package
