Responsibilities:

• Manage EMS Supplier companies to get the Huawei quality requirements understood and satisfied
• Monitor the quality performance of EMS Supplier companies to ensure their stable quality performance
• Identify the change of the business and plan the quality assurance process and requirements
• Execute quality audits to assess EMS Supplier sites and drive their continuous improvement
• Review, analyze and improve production and customer complained problems
• Co-work with other functional departments to improve the quality continuously

Working Place:

Kapuvar or Komárom.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in engineering or above
• More than 3 years of related work experience at multinational manufacturing company in relevant industries
• Good communication, presentation skills in English and Hungarian
• Quality Cost improvement
• ISO9001/TL9000 knowledge, audit experience
• Good communication, presentation skills in English and Hungarian
• Good analytical and interpersonal skills, ability to manage and positively resolve conflict
• Act on own initiatives, be highly motivated and reliable, be able to take high responsibility
• Can work under pressure
