Job responsibilities include:
• Global Contracts Negotiation
o Managing the efficient negotiations and review of global/framework agreements
o Being responsible for the contracts drafting process
o Engagement with functional owners, legal department and Vendors, including organization and participation in bilateral knowledge sharing sessions
o Maintaining agreements database, tracking contracts’ expiry dates and assuring the extensions are signed in a due time
o Ensuring Vendors’ compliance to agreements, terms and conditions, Euronet policies and standards
• Managing Relationship with Vendors
o Managing day to day cooperation with Vendors
o Facilitating review meetings with Vendors and functional owners, identifying the areas of improvement and follow up of resolution of escalated Vendor-related issues
o Liasing with operations in order to establish and review SLA and KPI parameters
• Tendering process
o Prepare and coordinate RFP process
o Manage Purchase to Pay cycle via RFQ / RFI / RFP by organizing various tenders
o Deliver the costs reduction and its optimization
• Process and Procedures
o Follow respective purchasing policies and procedures in conjunction with Vendor Management Director and in order to guarantee compliance with internal regulations
o Support Vendor Management Director in suppliers management according to the company’s purchasing and quality standards
o Support Vendor Management Director in decision making process, reporting, summaries, overviews
We require:
Experience in vendor management within a multinational organization, including proven experience in contracts negotiation and its drafting process (as a MUST!), vendor performance management, preparation and evaluation of RFPs,
o Prior experience within the financial services industry, familiarity of CIT, FLM, SLM market will be considered as a strong asset,
o Knowledge of Finance and Legal issues,
o Fluency in Hungarian and English (both, written and oral),
o IT literate,
o University degree in Business Administration or Finance.
