WHAT THE JOB IS ABOUT:

Demand planning specialist are responsible for product management and stock movement to maximize the return on stock investment.
They ensure that the right product is available at the opportune time, in the appropriate location, and in the required quantities.
• Understanding our ordering systems – Responsibility for all ordering activities to establishing proper/smooth receiving plan into WH, ensuring the right attribute setups,applying necessary amendments.
• Tracking outstanding deliveries and contacting suppliers to determine the cause of not delivered stock and obtain estimated availability dates.
• Calculating long- and short-term truck forecast to facilitate efficient resource planning in the warehouse.
• Managing supplier service level corrections in accordance with their contracts. Tracking those orders where the penalties can be applied.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• 1-2 years of relevant working experience
• Communication level English language knowledge
• Experience within Supply chain preferred
• Experience with MS office (especially in Excel)
• Analytical mindset
• Detail oriented
• Pays close attention to details
• “Can do” attitude
