Purpose of the Position:

Provide analytical and laboratory expertise in polyol testing, focusing on method development. Offer technical input for defining R&D infrastructure, with an emphasis on polyol analytical testing devices.

Main responsibilities:

– Manage laboratory operations by prioritizing and scheduling resources, compiling analyses and reports, and verifying results
– Develop, validate, and verify test methods; conduct physical and chemical sample analyses per standard procedures
– Execute project tasks and verify investigation reports for professional content and standards
– Maintain and develop organizational regulations to ensure efficient operations and meet customer expectations
– Train lab technicians on equipment use, mentor, and instruct lab staff
– Engage in continuous improvement activities to enhance service levels, consumer satisfaction, and meet future demands
– Investigate customer complaints
– Ensure safe and HSE-compliant operation of equipment, and that staff follows industry standards and regulations

Requirements:

– Degree in Chemical engineering, chemistry or equivalent, analytical chemistry specialization is an asset
– Min 2+ years of experience in laboratory environment
– General knowledge of Polyol, Polyurethane foam
– Advanced English and Hungarian language knowledge
– Microsoft Office user level skills
– International experience is an asset
– Category B driving license
