Scope of the position:
Develop and deliver Exploration & Production Division’s (Upstream) digital strategy. Introduce and implement information governance. Provide a solid basis for Exploraion & Production Division’s digitization initiatives and contribute in their execution.
Main tasks:
– Develop, deliver and maintain Upstream digital strategy, ensure the standard data processes and the data pipelines of -Upstream activities.
– Collaborate with multiple disciplines in identifying and implementing digital initiatives, support their work, focus on value creation and always consider the companies interest and values.
– Manage cross-disciplinary / cross-country programs and projects related to Digital.
– Understand Upstream software portfolio and work together with E&P IT in delivering digital tools for Upstream professionals. Contribute to the construction and maintenance of a technically and financially sustainable Upstream IT solution landscape.
– Operate the Upstream data / information governance framework.
– Plan and lead data cleaning, data integration and data digitization projects on legacy and operational data in alignment with Upstream strategy. Support processing of historical documents on request
– Collect and prioritize Digital-related demand from business units across Group Upstream and screen the market for new/innovative solutions. Manage the resulting project portfolio.
Requirements:
– Educational requirements: university degree in Geoscience, IT, Engineering, Economics
– 5 -10 years of working relevant experience
– IT skills: user level of computing Outlook, professional skills in MS Office professional skills, SQL; MS Project, Power BI
– Project management experience is an advantage
– Proactivity, good communication skills, presentation skills, problem solving skills, strategic thinking, quality focus, persuasiveness, credibility, quality focus
– Fluent or advanced in English is a must
