A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Digital Innovation Consultant, you will play an important role in driving the digital transformation initiatives within Gas Service Central. Your day will involve collaborating with various departments to identify opportunities for digital innovation, developing and implementing strategies to enhance our digital capabilities, and providing training and support to ensure successful adoption of new technologies. Expect to work in a dynamic and collaborative team culture that values creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and trends to drive innovation and improve business processes.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance digital literacy and competence across the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement AI-driven digital solutions that enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency.
  • Provide expert advice and support on digital innovation initiatives, helping teams to experiment with and adopt new technologies.
  • Foster a culture of continuous innovation by encouraging and supporting employees to explore and implement digital solutions.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in digital transformation and innovation, preferably within a large organization.
  • Strong understanding of emerging technologies, and their application in a business context with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage projects, with a track record of successful implementation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and strategically.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders.

About the Team

The Digital Business Process Transformation Team within our Gas Services Central organization is responsible for digitalization and simplification across our own value chain. We are strong partners for the Product Lines within Gas Services Central and in all aspects of their digital transformation journey. We also drive business transformation and digitalization across organizational boundaries. We empower and develop our people to ensure a sustainable future for Gas Services.
