Main Responsibilities:

The main responsibility is to manage the warehouse partner production fulfillment from Inbound till outbound, including:

• Collect forecast plan(include inbound plan, production plan, outbound plan, reverse plan etc.) from related department and get aligned with LSP on the resource plan (people, equipment, space etc.)
• Provide reasonable delivery commitment for order and outbound according LSP
• Cooperate with LSP to manage the whole order fulfillment process, manage risks and problems, provide solutions
• Review monthly ,weekly ,daily demands and manage forecast release to warehouse operation partner for resource preparation
• Cooperate with factory and logistic to arrange smooth production/shipment plan.
• Order production schedule and status checking ,involve internal team for trouble shoot during production
• React fast and maintain customer specific requirements, support customer satisfication.
• Coordinating Suppliers’ participation in the improvement projects, triggered by headquarter or European Supply Center.

Requirements:

• 5 years+ work experience in relevant fields
• Strong communication skills with high customer orientation mindset
• Fluent verbal/written in English
• Can work under pressure and can focusing on the details
• Good organization skills and good team work
• Have the basic knowledge of supply chain management, have good understanding of manufacturing and distribution principles
