– Operate a mainly Microsoft-based system environment
– Run the infrastructure needed for business and IT projects
– Identify and exploit consolidation opportunities in the IT system environment
– Rapidly resolve operational issues and optimize systems
– Prepare and update IT documentation
– Monitor IT systems’ security and troubleshoot problems
Requirements:
– 5+ years relevant professional experience
– Higher level IT qualification
– Thorough knowledge of Microsoft server and client environments
– Proficiency in operating in a virtualized environment (VMWare)
– Microsoft SCCM/MCM environment operation and support
– Powershell scripting skills related to operational tasks
– Day-to-day operational knowledge of Cisco LAN/WAN/Wifi and cloud solutions
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Fluency in English
– Supportive and collaborative attitude
