Xellia Pharmaceuticals are looking for a skilled OT (Operational Technology)/IT Infrastructure Specialist for our production site in Budapest with a broad knowledge of OT environments, Windows Server OS and applications.

You will become part of a global team of 16 talented employees spread across Copenhagen (DK), Bangalore (IND), Budapest (HUN), Oslo (NO) and Taizhou (CN). Our business applications are hosted in a hybrid setup – some in the cloud, some in our dual datacenter in Denmark.

In the IT Infrastructure and Operations team, we want to be the best at what we do, and we expect you to have a mindset that matches that goal. 

Main responsibilities:

Procure and setup server hardware and network equipment
Install and maintain server OS and applications
Server OS and application troubleshooting•    Escalate issues to vendors, superiors, and partner level support as appropriate
Ensure and promote knowledge sharing within department and global team
Monitor systems within areas of responsibility and take proactive measures to ensure continued delivery of services
Assist and support in small and big projects

What We Expect:

IT-related education
6-8 years of experience from similar positions
Fluency in English and Hungarian
Organized and self-driven mindset
Be improvement and detail oriented
Have a mindset where you know the importance of a stabile production environment

We expect you to be ready for changes, good at spotting opportunities for improvement, and to have experience with the majority of:OT Infrastructure environment
Frameworks like ITIL, NIST and ISO 27001
IT and Security compliance like GDPR, NIS2
Microsoft Windows Server 2016 and newer
Active Directory and Azure AD
Hypervisors like Hyper-V and VMware
Network infrastructure (switches, routers, NAC etc.)
