With a strong presence across Europe and beyond, our Budapest office plays a vital role in supporting key business operations for EMEA markets.

What We Do in Budapest

🛒 Commerce
We support our commercial operations by managing the full order management process, ensuring seamless communication between customers and internal teams. This also includes accounts receivable activities, helping maintain financial accuracy and smooth customer experience.

🔧 After-Sales Support

Our after-sales team ensures that customer satisfaction continues well beyond the initial delivery. From handling service inquiries and supporting technical requests to managing the coordination and timely delivery of spare parts, our Budapest-based professionals provide dependable, high-quality support to our customers every day.

💰 Finance
Our finance team supports Epta’s operations by managing key processes like Accounts Payable, Cash Application, and Credit Management. From handling supplier invoices and payments to reconciling incoming cash and monitoring customer credit, our Budapest-based experts ensure financial accuracy and smooth collaboration across the EMEA region.

Who We’re Looking For

• You’re an active student at a Hungarian university with at least one more year ahead of you.
• You speak and write English fluently and confidently (+ another European language is a plus)
• You’re motivated, eager to learn, and open to developing yourself both personally and professionally.
• You’re available at least 20 hours a week, Monday to Friday.
• You already have some relevant experience — or the motivation to gain it.
• You’d enjoy a hybrid setup, splitting your time between the office and working from home.
