Key Responsibilities:

Oversee mechanical operations on the production line and develop improvement plans for any issues.
Quickly address equipment failures during production to minimize downtime.
Identify and resolve equipment safety risks promptly.
Organize technical documents after equipment modifications or new installations.
Create and implement preventive maintenance plans, including spare parts lists.
Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required:
Proficiency in English as a working language.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Design, Automation, or related fields; overseas work experience is a plus.
At least 5 years of experience in designing welding fixtures and inspection tools, familiar with European/Japanese standards.
Knowledgeable in pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanical design, with strong parts selection skills.
Proficient in design software like CATIA, UG, and AutoCAD.
