NIX, a global supplier of software engineering and IT outsourcing services, is looking for a Human Care Specialist- English & Arabic Speaker in its office in Budapest (Vaci Greens, 13th district). You’ll be part of a team of professionals who are ready to find the best tailor-made IT solutions for their multinational clients in various industries and solve complex problems.

ABOUT THE PROJECT:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct one-to-one meetings with employees to assess well-being, engagement, and motivation.
• Prepare analytical conclusions and recommendations to support employee retention.
• Conduct employee surveys and continuously improve them to enhance engagement.
• Support employees in the assessment and development of personal skills.
• Respond to individual requests for support and guidance.
• Assist new employees with integration into the team.
• Collaborate with team leaders and project managers on human resource management matters.
• Deliver team-building activities as needed.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

• Proficiency in spoken Arabic (written communication will be in English).
• Proficiency in both written and oral English communication.
• Completed higher education degree in the field of social sciences (e.g., psychology, sociology, economics, pedagogy, communication and media studies, social pedagogy) or in management / human resource management.
• Prior experience in leading discussions, public speaking, teaching activities.
• Strong interpersonal skills: sociability, sensitivity, empathy, and the ability to establish effective communication with diverse individuals.
• Proactive mindset, with the ability to adapt to a dynamic business environment and embrace challenges.
• Strong analytical thinking and a structured approach to problem-solving.
• Genuine interest in human behavior and psychology.

WILL BE A PLUS:

• Professional experience gained in the European/Hungarian workforce market.
• Previous experience in HR and/or in a commercial organization.
• Hungarian language knowledge.
