GROUP FUELS OPERATOR

We are looking for a new colleague who is open for challenges and would like to understand how a product deals become reality; from contracting through physical delivery to invoicing.

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

The purpose of the position is to contribute to the operational execution of Fuel deals from the contracting till the invoice verification representing MOL’s interests in all aspects.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:

• Conducts KYC (Know Your Counterparty) reports and handles Master Data Management processes.
• Manages contracting with Partners and relevant internal stakeholders, registers contracts in internal databases.
• Follow-up credit needs, contribute to preparation of credit instructions, submit credit details to admin/treasury, ensure credit facility in good order.
• Liaise with Treasury, Fiscal and Legal departments.
• Supports the preparation of logistics scheduling.
• Supports invoicing process with price calculations and alignment with Partner.
• Supports inventory management in cooperation with Traders and functional units.
• Ensures traceability of business results, maintains databases and prepares necessary reports towards internal and external stakeholders.
• Transfer price documentation preparation.
• Tracks the cooperation with business Partners: monitoring the physical and financial fulfilment of contracts, tracking the turnover and outstanding, handling claims and issues.
• Contributing to process development, knowledge sharing within Fuels Operations team.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS:

• University Degree (BSC/MSC in Economics or Engineering)
• 1+ years of relevant work experience
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office
• Experience with Salesforce system
• Advanced written and fluent verbal English and Hungarian level
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of precision
• Agile, open-minded attitude
