About the job:
- Provide support for Microsoft Intune infrastructure as part of the Mobile Endpoint Squad
- Handle incident diagnosis, troubleshooting, and escalate end-user issues when needed
- Deploy mobile tools, services, and applications required for Microsoft Intune
- Own and manage problem and change management processes
- Prepare and maintain operational support documentation
- Optimize workflows and transition tasks to the Level 2 team
About you:
- 7+ years of experience in Mobile Device Management (using platforms such as MobileIron, Microsoft Intune, BlackBerry, AirWatch, or similar) within large enterprise environments
- Strong expertise in mobile operating systems, including iOS and Android
- Proficient in IT infrastructure fundamentals, covering networks, databases, load balancers, and IT security
- Experience in networking technologies, including firewalls and load balancers
- Solid understanding of computer and mobile security concepts
- Familiarity with Office 365 and Intune App Protection policies
- Good grasp of basic networking principles and internet protocols
- Hands-on experience with automation and integration using PowerShell, Perl, Python, or Shell
