About the job:

  • Handle customer requests
  • Understand customers’ needs, provide positive experience to maintain and improve customer satisfaction level
  • Troubleshoot IT related issues 
  • Provide remote support (via phone, email, chat)
  • Administartive tasks

 

About you:

  • A high school diploma.
  • Proficiency in Italian at a business level (working/support language).).
  • English at a communication level (for interviews, training, and internal communication)
  • Previous experience in customer service
