What will be your roles and responsibilities in the team?
- Develop and manage model-specific pricing proposals across all stages of the pricing process for the Ford Pro Business segment.
- Define ongoing pricing updates linked to product changes and market realignments, responding to short- and mid-term competitive dynamics to maximize profitability.
- Coordinate market equation inputs for forward model programs from program approval through final pricing.
- Conduct continuous monthly assessments of competitive price positioning.
Key responsibilities:
- Produce Unified Pricing Proposals (UPP) via Pro-Prima, providing NSCs with customer/dealer pricing and European Product Marketing & Product Development with current and forward financials.
- Manage the pricing process, including Ford and competitive analysis of:
- Visual and equipment-adjusted price position comparisons
- ICE and EV price walks (powertrain and engine choices)
- Body-style price walks
- Option pricing to support profitable trade-up
- Entry price points that balance accessibility and profitability
- Rationalize product features and value content within product-adjusted price positions.
- Collaborate closely with European Sales and Marketing to clearly communicate current and forward product strategies to markets.
- Perform regular (monthly) reviews of visual and equipment-adjusted pricing versus key competitors, identifying and implementing pricing opportunities.
- Deliver revenue commitments and related actions (e.g. General Price Increases, Yield Management).
- Identify pricing harmonization issues and opportunities across markets.
- Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of all pricing proposals.
