Main responsibilities:
Crafting outstanding talent pipelines using your digital and technology talent market knowledge.
Becoming the go-to sourcing guru for France and beyond, keeping our talent pool fresh, engaged, and ready for opportunities.    Mastering the art of advanced sourcing techniques – think X-Ray search, Boolean wizardry, and navigating the depths of Kaggle, GitHub, and other platforms and techniques.
Devising targeted sourcing strategies that feel like they were tailor-made for each role (because they are!).
Sharing best practice with digital Recruiters in other countries to ensure we share insights and world-class techniques.
Managing end to end recruitment process for digital hiring.

About you
Extensive experience sourcing and hiring highly technical talent, including Software Engineers and Developers as a minimum
Knowledge of technical communities like Kaggle, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and how to effectively source talent from these platforms
Exceptional networking skills and an outstanding network of world class tech talent
Top Class stakeholders management skills
Very strong French speaking skills
