Main responsibilities:
Value Identification and Quantification

Collaborate with Controlling teams to identify value creation opportunities.
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of value realization initiatives.
Quantify potential benefits and ROI for proposed projects.

Project Support and Execution

Provide analytical support to project teams, ensuring alignment with value realization goals.
Monitor project progress and report on key performance indicators
Value Tracking and Reporting.
Implement and maintain value tracking mechanisms for controlling initiatives.
Prepare regular reports on value realization progress for senior management.
Conduct post-implementation reviews to validate realized benefits.

Continuous Improvement in Controlling Operations

Lead process optimization initiatives within controlling operations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Identify and assess efficiency opportunities in controlling processes, including reporting, budgeting, and forecasting workflows
Implement best practices and standardized methodologies for controlling operations.
Collaborate with the central Continuous Improvement team when needed, while maintaining focus on controlling-specific improvements and requirements.
Drive the adoption of lean principles and continuous improvement culture within the controlling operations team.

Stakeholder Management

Engage with key stakeholders across the finance function to promote value realization efforts.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to align on value targets and action plans.
Communicate value realization results and success stories to relevant parties.

Best Practices and Knowledge Sharing

Contribute to the development of standardized methodologies and tools for value assessment.
Share knowledge and insights with team members and the broader finance community.
 

You have:

Master’s degree in Finance, Engineer, Business Administration, or related field.
2-5 years of experience in finance, consulting, or related roles.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, PowerBI).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of finance processes and controlling operations.
Fluency in English.

Nice to have:

Experience in project management and value realization methodologies.
Knowledge of French and Spanish is appropriate and valued for this role.
