In this position, you will have three main roles covering a large scope of responsibilities:

1. Gatekeeper of the SD and TM processes and integration with the ecosystem:

– Understand business needs and translate them into solutions.

– Design cross-process flows together with team members.

– Collaborate closely with multiple departments.

– Ensure maintenance and enhancement of the process.

2. Trusted partner for long-term and continuous improvement:

– Manage business relationships to define priorities and business value.

– Communicate effectively and manage measurable KPIs.

– Support end-to-end design with other domains.

– Build action plans for continuous improvement and resolution of recurring incidents.

Responsibilities:

– Ownership of SAP SD and TM processes, including integration with other flows.

– Make solution design decisions as owner of the SAP SD and TM solution.

– Manage the business relationship to secure priority and value.

– Propose solution improvements to ensure long-term value.

IT Skills:

– Experience in IT best practices.

– Strong experience in SAP SD.

– Strong experience in SAP TM.

– Good experience in SAP Integration (IDoc, Web Service, etc.).

– Good experience in SAP Fiori.

– Basic experience with JIRA and ServiceNow.

– Experience in full SAP rollout project lifecycle.

Personal Skills:

– Excellent understanding of sales & distribution and transportation management business processes.

– Experience in soft commodity trading practices is an advantage.

– Strong relationship-building skills and ability to work with multiple teams.

– Ability to learn fast and adapt to new solutions.

– Strong critical thinking, analysis, synthesis, and communication skills.

– Business customer focus and high proactivity.

– Fluency in English.
