Job Description
You will be part of the global team implementing worldwide initiatives and will join the S/4 global roadmap as a project team member.
As a Solution Manager, you will be the referent for the SAP Inventory Management solution.
You will define and establish the target solution, starting from an initial conceptual vision and developing a concrete solution design. You will make high-level design decisions aligned with business strategy, set standards and best practices, and assess impacts on the information system.
You will translate business requirements, prepare or review specifications, collaborate with functional and technical teams, make recommendations, and consolidate requirements into clear solutions.
Responsibilities:
– Full ownership of SAP Inventory Management processes, including integration with related flows.
– Make solution design decisions as the owner of SAP Inventory Management solutions and processes.
– Manage business relationships to ensure prioritization and business value.
– Propose improvements to support long-term value creation.
– Collaborate closely and confidently with multiple departments.
– Create action plans for continuous improvement and resolution of recurring incidents.
Requirements:
– Experience in IT best practices.
– Strong experience in SAP MM (Inventory Management).
– Basic experience in SAP MM (Procurement) and SAP SD.
– Strong experience in SAP eWM.
– Basic experience in SAP Integration (IDoc, Web Service, etc.) is an advantage.
– Experience in SAP Fiori is an advantage.
– Basic experience with JIRA and ServiceNow is an advantage.
– Experience in full SAP rollout project lifecycle.
Personal Skills:
– Good understanding of source-to-contract and procure-to-pay processes.
– Experience in soft commodity trading is an advantage.
– Excellent relationship-building skills; ability to work with multiple teams.
– Fast learner with strong adaptability.
– Critical thinking skills.
– Comfortable working in ambiguous and fast-changing environments.
– Strong business customer focus and high proactivity.
– Fluent English, written and spoken.
– Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
