We are seeking a Director of Fuel Department to join our rapidly expanding team. This strategic leadership role will be instrumental in driving the growth and development of our fuel network across Hungary and contributing to the continued success of our company.

Responsibilities:
• Manages and controls the Fuels department consisting of the Pricing, Fuel Cards and Inventory, Quality and Supplies sections.
• Responsible for sales to B2B and B2C customers and manages pricing at FS.
• Responsible for managing all processes related to deliveries, inventory and fuel quality management.
• Creates a fuel sales strategy, plan creation, creates sales predictions and optimizes sales and margin in individual sales segments at individual FS.
• Responsible for the cashless fuel payment and pricing system, evaluates and presents developments and proposes measures for improvement and optimization.
• Monitors performance and quality of PHL at FS and analyzes developments and proposes measures for optimization.
• Monitors and analyzes developments on the FS market and proposes possible responses to competitor activities.
• Responsible for and manages the companys retail pricing strategy.
• Actively cooperates with relevant departments, respectively. departments within the Orlen group on given tasks and new projects.

Expectations:
• Degree in economics or chemical industry.
• Excellent communication, presentation and persuasive skills in English.
• Business strategy, Management and negotiation skills.
• Excellent knowledge of Excel and Power Point.
• Fluency in English.
• Minimum 10 years of experience.
