Role/Overall objectives:
As Mechanical Engineer you are part of the Service Costumer Engineering Team and are responsible for clarification and design for upgrades and modifications on our existing gas engines fleet. You work in close contact with the Project Management and Service Teams and support as well our field techs during installation and commissioning.
Your Tasks:
- Designing of the measurement and control systems for our gas engine power plants installed worldwide
- Mechanical engineering of upgrades, modifications, and enhancements on our gas engines fleet
- Creation and modifications of 3D drawings and P&ID’s
- Creation and modifications of BOM’s
- Project meetings with customers and channel partners
- Work on continuous improvements and process optimizing
Your Profile:
- Bachelors or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar specialization
- Previous knowledge on CAD design
- Ability to work independently, initiative, ability to work in a team
- Willingness to develop in a dynamic environment
- Fluent language skills in English, German is a plus
