Your Tasks: 

• Design measurement and control systems for gas engine power plants installed worldwide.
• Program PLC software (Siemens, Beckhoff or similar) and bus couplings for customer network systems; create visualization software.
• Create wiring diagrams using CAD systems (Eplan or similar) and develop plant-specific documentation for gensets and cogeneration units.
• Communicate and collaborate with international project management and internal production teams.
• Provide support during testbench procedures and on-site commissioning.
• Act as a technical contact for customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Participate actively in the continuous improvement and further development of products and processes.
• (For lead-level candidates) Mentor and support less experienced colleagues, contribute to process improvements, and act as a main technical contact for cross-functional teams. 

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering/mechatronics or similar fields.
• 3–10 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering, project engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in electrical systems planning, wiring diagram creation (Eplan), and PLC programming.
• Good MS Office and IT knowledge (operating systems, data backup, etc.).
• Fluent in Hungarian and English, German language skill is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, show initiative, collaborate in a team, and communicate effectively.
• Willingness to develop in a dynamic environment.
• (For lead-level candidates) Experience in mentoring, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.
