Job description
As a Plant Facility Manager, you will become a key element in the site extension project, as the manager of the facility services teams. You will coordinate the teams, take over situations, arrange meetings, and improve the processes.

In your new role you will:

Be responsible for the soft site facility management;
Be the key contact for the related service providers;
Performance management of providers.
Your Profile
You weigh up opportunities and risks carefully and remain aware of the big picture even in complex situations. Your excellent multitasking abilities allow you to identify problems and find innovative and efficient solutions, even when under pressure. You know how to make use of your potential and motivate yourself and others to achieve top results.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

Experienced in Facility and Real estate management;
Ability to work in a team, on projects, and also individually performance;
Structured approach and financial understanding;
Fluency in Hungarian and English/German.
