What you will be doing
Manage and maintain procured material master data in SAP, ensuring accuracy, completeness, consistency, and timely availability.
Support data governance and data quality by performing audits, validation checks, and resolving data issues.
Identify opportunities to improve procurement and master data processes and support their implementation.
Drive or contribute to process optimization, automation, workflow improvements, and system enhancements.
Work closely with Procurement, Production, Logistics, Finance, and other stakeholders across Hydro Extrusions.
Prepare and analyze reports and data insights to support decision-making and process performance.
Maintain process documentation and ensure compliance with internal policies and controls.
Contribute to Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and procurement projects, including digitalization and system implementation initiatives such as SAP Ariba, EDI, and automation solutions.

What will make you successful?
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance & Accounting, or a related field.
3+ years of relevant experience in master data management, procurement, finance, supply chain, or a similar area.
Good knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Power BI knowledge is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
Experience with process improvement, data management, or project work.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
A proactive, data-driven, and process-oriented mindset.
Adaptability, reliability, and a strong sense of ownership.
