WHAT WILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES BE?

• Preparing and maintaining procurement reports, analyses, and dashboards
• Creating presentations, summaries, and meeting materials
• Completing procurement templates and collecting the required information from relevant stakeholders
• Preparing procurement contracts and related documentation based on approved templates
• Assisting sustainability and compliance initiatives, incl. communication with suppliers (e.g. EcoVadis, EUDR)
• Coordinating Preferred Supplier processes and supporting the involved stakeholders
• Managing procurement documentation and supporting audit preparation activities
• Supporting compliance with procurement policies and processes
• Updating templates, guidelines, training materials, and internal communication documents.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU IF YOU…

• Hold a university degree in Economics, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Have min 1-2 years of professional experience in a role involving coordination of business processes and interaction with internal stakeholders.
• Have advanced English language skills, both written and spoken
• Are confident in using Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications
• Are highly organized, detail-oriented, and accurate in your work
• Can effectively manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Enjoy collaborating with different teams and suppliers
• See your long-term career path in procurement

ADVANTAGE

• Knowledge of SAP, Ariba, or other procurement systems
• Experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Shared Services.
