We are seeking an experienced Javascript Developer with minimum 3 years of experience designing, developing, and implementing enterprise workflow and service management solutions. The ideal candidate has a strong background in JavaScript-based development, web applications, integrations, and business process automation within enterprise platforms.

The developer will work in an Agile environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions within sprint cycles.

Key Responsibilities Development & Customization

• Design, develop, and implement workflow and service management solutions on an enterprise platform
• Build and customize forms, service request catalogs, workflows, business logic, and user interfaces
• Develop and maintain web components, portals, and workspace-style user experiences using modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Configure and customize platform functionality to meet business requirements while ensuring scalability and maintainability

Integration & Automation

• Integrate enterprise platforms with third-party applications using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Develop and maintain automation for business processes and repetitive operational tasks.
• Work with integration tools and middleware to enable secure data exchange between systems.

Troubleshooting & Support

• Provide technical support for platform applications and integrations.
• Investigate and resolve defects, performance issues, and production incidents.
• Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.

Continuous Improvement

• Stay up to date with enterprise platform technologies, workflow automation trends, and new product capabilities.
• Recommend and implement improvements to existing applications and processes.
• Contribute to platform best practices, reusable components, and development standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in enterprise application development, automation, AI/Agentic AI and ITSM platform development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Python and experience with modern front-end frameworks (Angular, React, or similar). 
• Experience building business workflows, automation, and integrations using REST/SOAP APIs. 
• Understanding of IT Service Management concepts and enterprise business processes.
• Experience developing business logic, server-side scripting, and client-side scripting in enterprise applications.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and sprint-based delivery.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, BMC Helix, Ivanti, or other ITSM/workflow platforms.
• Experience with low-code/no-code enterprise platforms.
• Knowledge of SLA management, reporting, or performance analytics.
• Experience with cloud platforms and enterprise integrations.
