The JOBVERSE Job Fair was created as an event where visitors can find everything they need to support their job search and career development in one place, all spiced up with experiences.
Our main goal is to connect our exhibitors with quality, truly relevant job seekers.
We dared to dream big, and with our innovative ideas we created Hungary's first experiential event, JOBVERSE Job Fair.
We have given visitors plenty of reasons to feel this way and the feedback speak for themselves.

of our visitors felt that JOBVERSE was more than just a job fair. We asked visitors to rate JOBVERSE Job Fair on a scale from 1 to 6, 1 being "less than an average job fair" and 6 being "much more than an average job fair".
More than 90% of our visitors rated our experience as outstanding. The experiential programs of the spring 2023 JOBVERSE Job Fair were: Travelling Planetarium, TRIM Playhouse, House of Secrets.
We provided counselling to nearly 700 visitors at our Counselling Workshop and on the Health Island.
The BT Career Stage hosted 18 career and self-development presentations over the two days, of which the most popular presentation was by Father Feri Pál.

According to the feedback of those who shared their opinions, almost half of our visitors (44.72%) spent 1-3 hours at the event, which is why it is very important that exhibitors attract their attention with activities and openness within the stand, so that they are sure to be visited.
With the additional programs (presentations, advice, health island, experiential elements), we have successfully achieved that our visitors spend up to nearly half a day at JOBVERSE (3-5 hours: 33.07%, 5-7 hours: 10.56%).
Only the really motivated ones have dedicated one or two whole days to the event (5.28%+3.11%).
In the questionnaire, which was sent out at the end of the event, we asked our visitors "Who would you most like to work for out of all the exhibitors at JOBVERSE?". Here's the the the popularity ranking based on the top 10 answers:
We wanted to combine the excitement of Pokémon GO's role-playing with the thrill of geocaching and the passion of treasure hunting in JOBVERSE GO. While hunting for QR codes, attendees could interact with stand representatives and get a lot of information about our exhibitors in a playful manner. JOBVERSE GO exceeded even our optimistic expectations, with 438 people completing the game.

Most of our visitors searched for jobs in Trade/Sales, Marketing, HR. This was closely followed by IT, Engineering, Technical and other areas requiring a Professional qualification.
Nearly 60% of visitors have a university or college degree, but there is also a significant proportion of people with a secondary education (23.94%) and a vocational qualification (12.9%). The number of people with a lower grade degree is low - they are typically still in secondary school (4.76%).

In JOBVERSE's marketing campaign, we have given a prominent place and role to various online advertising platforms. In the spring of 2023, we also successfully launched our TikTok communication and advertising, which also delivered great results!
