As our Digital Talent Acquisition Sourcer, you’ll be the ultimate talent magnet for Digital and Technology talent. Youll be at the forefront of finding, engaging & evaluating talent for our building great talent pipelines across for France and Europe. Youre helping build our teams of tech superstars who will drive Sanofis digital ambitions.

Main responsibilities

·Crafting outstanding talent pipelines using your digital and technology talent market knowledge

·Becoming the go-to sourcing guru for France and beyond, keeping our talent pool

·Mastering the art of advanced sourcing techniques – think X-Ray search, Boolean wizardry, and navigating the depths of Kaggle, GitHub, and other platforms and techniques

·Devising targeted sourcing strategies that feel like they were tailor-made for each role (because they are!)

·Sharing best practice with digital Recruiters in other countries to ensure we share insights and world-class techniques

About You

·Extensive experience sourcing and hiring highly technical talent, including Software Engineers and Developers as a minimum

·Knowledge of technical communities like Kaggle, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and how to effectively source talent from these platforms

·Exceptional networking skills and an outstanding network of world class tech talent

·Knowledge of the French and other European labor markets and employment regulations
