About the job
As an A2R Global Solutions Support Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the seamless and reliable operation of our A2R applications across the globe. You will be responsible for maintaining business continuity, driving system hygiene, and ensuring audit compliance through effective support methodologies and integration management.
You will be the central point of contact for support activities, coordinating ticket resolution, managing master data, and leading continuous improvement initiatives. Your work will directly impact the efficiency and reliability of our financial systems and processes.

Main responsibilities

  • Ensure system hygiene by implementing regular cleansing and maintenance activities
  • Work together with relevant technical support teams and with automation team to lead continuous improvement initiatives regarding integration of master data.
  • Maintain the Power BI reports by making sure the integration with source data is secured and by building any new KPI requested by GPLs
    Create and maintain DTPs (Desktop Procedures) that supports End Users’ navigation on the respective platforms for not operational process related topics (e.g. “Settings”)
  • Act as a SPOC with the eClose solution and other A2R tool’s admin teams to guaranty business continuity by processing document, approval, and master data failures. Do this by always understanding the underlying problem and aim to resolve it permanently.
  • Accountable for the maintenance and the execution of the corporate UAM (User Access Management) policy to always guaranty audit compliance.
  • Feed ticket analysis to understand the pain points and define action plan to address VOC. · Contribute to the elimination of workarounds by replacing them with A2R Core Model processes
  • Contribute to the implementation of Mandatory Controls to be implemented within the A2R Tools, in line with A2R SOPs and Internal Control Manual. Achieve simplification and harmonization (together with Global Internal Control team).
  • Contribute to local or regional audits regarding A2R.
  • Contribute to A2R Communication & Training Plan and lead A2R tools related communications and trainings
  • Report and monitor A2R KPIs and related internal control reports
  • Contribute to Dashboard & KPI improvements
     

About you

  • Economics or Finance degree or equivalent, master’s degree is a plus
  • Strong eClose Solution knowledge and experience is a must, SAP experience will have a benefit over other candidates.
  • Experience dealing with master data and reporting is a plus.
  • Experience within A2R is a must to have a solid understanding of the end-to-end A2R processes.
  • Project Management experience will be a plus.
  • Very strong technical and digital skills, knowledge and understanding.
  • High level proactive thinking, self-initiation, and E2E Ownership mindset.
  • High level of Interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to communicate and present at different levels of the organization.
