Purpose of the role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst with a strong focus on Power BI reporting development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and optimizing Power BI reports to support our supply chain operations & road map. This role is crucial for providing data-driven insights that will help drive efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall supply chain performance for the EAA Divison.

Your responsibilities:

Develop, design, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights into supply chain performance.
Collaborate with supply chain leaders & cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements and translate them into effective data visualizations.
Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supply chain operations, including inventory levels, OTIF, lead times, supplier performance, production plan adherance, logistics & master data.
Ensure & drive data accuracy and integrity in Power BI reports by performing regular data validation and troubleshooting.
Support supply chain decision-making processes with timely and relevant data analysis.
Develop and maintain documentation for Power BI reports, including data sources, calculations, and methodologies.
Train and support team members & cross functional stakeholders on the use of Power BI tools and reports.
Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and best practices to continuously improve reporting capabilities.

This role will suit you if you have the following:

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Ability to understand and translate business needs into Power BI reports and dashboards
Proven experience with SAP MM PP Modules
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive meaningful insights.
Proficiency in data visualization and data storytelling.
Familiar with Data modeling.
Familiarity with operations process including procurement, supply chain and logistics
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills in english, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with other data analysis tools and software is a plus.
