We are currently looking for a results-driven Business Operation Specialist in Budapest. This role is an opportunity to join our international Operations team, managing our Merchant Services business in Europe, in a dynamic and rapidly expanding company. The role holder will be based in Hungary reporting to the Operation Manager and will be joining efforts with widely spread Euronet teams globally.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Merchant management and related activities

· Supporting and performing daily business operational processes, including but not limited to exception handling and payment related requests and incidents

· Providing 2nd level operational support (internal)

REQUIREMENTS:

· College degree or 1-3 years of experience in working in a similar position,

· Great problem-solving skills, logical thinking, ability to work under strict deadlines,

· Strong interest in working in the card processing industry and developing in this area,

· Highly organized with taking the initiative to continuously improve our processes,

· Fluency in English (German, Spanish or Italian is advantage)
