Join our Team and advance your career as an CDD Process Assurance Lead

In this role You will:
Support the necessary updates to the end-to-end process in the CDD Desk book (including tools) to support changes in Group CDD procedure and risks management activities
Support the development of CDD capability into the team within the center, by supporting the coordination of the capabilities assessment and training requirements
Drive continuous improvement and efficiency agenda to CDD processes across the centers including automation of manual processes.
Ensure counterparty data integrity in the systems is preserved and enhanced in line with CDD policy and procedures.
Actively participate in the CDD practitioner and partner forums.
Support the management of CDD tools and support the engagement with the tool service providers, including managing the contract renewal and service level adherence.
Support the control and user access on the CDD platform
Support closure of audit actions (both internal and business audit action)
Support the development and execution of crisis management for critical CDD process.
Managing internal and external partners in different countries and across all segments
 

What You need to be successful:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
6+ years of working experience in CDD, AML, ABC, Compliance, Finance, Accounting, Business or related field
Fluency in English
Experience in improving processes and systems
Extensive experience in reporting, related Power BI experience is an advantage, Excel (macro) knowledge is needed
Strong stakeholder relationship management skills
Proactive and dynamic approach
Internal control and compliance skills
