The main goal of their Microsoft department is to assist their clients in changing their working environment into a modern and innovative workplace, where the colleagues can easily collaborate via cloud solutions.

Their team of 20 is looking for a Change Manager (M365), who would play a vital role in Microsoft 365 implementation projects by communication and education about M365 products (Teams, Sharepoint, Outlook etc.), and would support the users throughout the process.

About this position
Act as a change manager and a first point of contact for the users in M365 implementation projects
Communicate milestones of the implementation project and guide the users throughout the process
Help users understand key functionalities of the product: plan, organize and run trainings
Collaborate with the development and presales team, as well as stakeholders of the client

Requirements
University or college degree (knowledge in change management, IT upgrade of an organization etc. is an advantage)
User level experience of any M365 product: Teams, Outlook, Sharepoint, OneDrive, Viva Suite etc.
At least 1 year of work experience
Outstanding communication skills: both in Hungarian and English
Precision, empathy, ability to work in a team, ability to follow up complex projects, and devotion to learn about IT
