Chemicals Sales Analyst
who will joint to the
Group DS Chemicals organization
Place of work: Budapest, Tiszaújváros or Bratislava
Scope:
In this position You will contribute to the customer and portfolio management activities for all Group DS Chemicals organizations. Support to efficiently operate, maintain and develop customer and product databases to effectively control the performance of Group DS Chemicals sales and product activities. Provide data and analytics for managers to set challenging KPIs for sales, contributes to monthly and yearly contracting by deep analysis on markets/regions/customers/peers/products, supports sales/product controlling.
Main responsibilities:
• Provides data and analysis to set challenging sales KPIs. Prepare decision-making analysis/material to support monthly and yearly contracting, contributes to the effective measurement of sales performance, generates ideas how to improve sales/product portfolio.
• Operate, maintain and develop customer and product portfolio database as well as customer and product/grade level profitability calculations.
• Supervise core countries sales performance and encourage staff to improve.
• Takes part in country business reviews and responsible for the quality of the analyses prepared and actions proposed.
• Contributes to bottom-up business planning.
• Contributes to manage product profitability performance through continuous interaction with Commerce organizations (price positioning of products) and with Production (cost reduction via continuous improvement program). Prepares analysis for manager so that they can drive changes (overweight, underweight, add, delete) in Group DS Chemicals product portfolio in tandem with Group DS Chemicals Market Strategy and Product Development team.
• Contributes to develop the framework for measuring customer satisfaction. Helps to manage the survey implementation. It tracks customer surveys, provides feedback for customers, and develops an action plan to improve processes, the implementation of which it supports and continuously monitors.
• Enables country concept actions and harmonize them across sales operations in line with the strategy
Requirements:
• University/College degree in Economics, Commercial or Marketing is an advantage
• 3-5 years experience
• Petrochemical product/market knowledge is an advantage
• Negotiation and communication skills
• Flexibility, ability to work under pressure
• Advanced English knowledge
• Driving licence B category
