What you’ll do:
This role is part of the EMEA Compensation & Benefits COE team, provide regional expertise on key Eaton Compensation and Benefits programs. In alignment with Eaton Global C&B Program owners, the role will provide advice, guidance and support to HR stakeholders and Management in the EMEA region, ensuring full compliance with Eaton’s Total Rewards Philosophy. The role will contribute to the improvement of C&B programs and participate in specific C&B projects.

 

Manage EMEA Company Car Policy and related annual budgeting process and be the contact point for policy related explanations and exceptions’ approval. Accountable for policy improvements & updates in line with Eaton sustainability and Supply Chain strategy.
Support HR on Mobility matters in the region, in coordination with Cartus (Eaton’s Mobility partner) and other mobility stakeholders (internal / external)
Administer and further develop EMEA Wellbeing programs through communication, education and training and by leveraging existing resources/providers such as Eaton’s Employee Assistance Program (Optum EAP), Health Risk Assessment (Infotech -HRA) and other courses available on Eaton University
Provide expertise and support deployment of Eaton programs in EMEA, including Eaton “e-Star” (Eaton recognition tool) & Outplacement
Design and deliver ad-hoc C&B training and communications in EMEA.
Qualifications:
Minimum of a university degree (preferably in HR)
Position requires minimum of 8 years HR experience, of which 3-5 years within the Total Rewards  / C&B area
Skills:
Familiar with major salary survey providers and job evaluation methodology (Hays, WTW, Mercer)
Advanced Computer Skills (MS Office)
Must be fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication
Strong sense of customer service and knowledge sharing (including providing education & training)
Possess advanced analytical and problem-solving skills including the ability to collect, structure and analyze data
Ability to work in an international environment and deal with different cultures
Proactive and process oriented
