Job description
As a Continuous Improvement Program Expert, you will be the YIP Program Manager responsible for developing the related framework and establishing a culture following the STAR Model. You will also institutionalize the Program and ensure sustainability.

In your new role you will:

Develop, deploy and sustain a Continuous Improvement Program to handle operational improvements which complements the YIP program (e.g.: Mini-Kaizen, Small Group Activities, etc.).
Deploy and sustain a Visual Management System enabling the YIP and the Continuous Improvement.
Team up with the communication department to campaign for the YIP and to reward the participants.
Lead projects to improve the efficiency of the YIP and the Continuous Improvement Program moving to the next level of digitalization (introduction of Electronic Booth in the shop floor, Introduction of a Ticket System).

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

Degree in a Scientific field.
At least 5 years of experience in a Manufacturing environment.
Project Management skills would be an advantage.
Knowledge of quality methods/tools, such as Lean Methods (5S, Standard Work, etc.) and Six Sigma. Six Sigma certification would be an advantage.
Background in Data Analytics and Data Base.
Strong communication skills, with a focus on results approach and a project management and team player mindset;
Fluency in English and Hungarian.
