Feladatok
Analyze customers’ financial data (e.g., balance sheets, agency reports)
Evaluate qualitative (soft) factors impacting creditworthiness
Make timely and accurate decisions on risk ratings and credit limits
Recommend appropriate security requirements for individual customers with Team Leader support
Continuously monitor customer portfolios and address risk alerts
Identify high-risk business customers and potential credit concerns
Analyze portfolio trends, assess root causes, and propose risk mitigation strategies
Coordinate regular meetings and discussions to facilitate information sharing on shared customers

Elvárások
Ongoing studies and active Hungarian student status for at least 1 year from on-boarding
Any kind of financial/economic (Bachelor’s or Master Degree) studies
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office applications
English (working proficiency or fluent) and German (minimum B2 level) language knowledge
Structured thinking, strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
Able to deal with complex situations while maintaining the right balance of customer and business focus
Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented environment

Be able to invest at least 25-35 working hours per week according to agreed schedule
