Main responsibilities

Lead a global team of Data Stewards for corporate data, supporting governance processes across the organization.
Deliver actionable governance strategies within all data domains, aligned with Global Enterprise Governance frameworks.
Enhance and maintain the structures, practices, and processes for data governance across Sanofi.
Provide guidance on continuous data cleansing and oversee the application of policies across the organization and within local Data Maintenance Teams.
Oversee activities performed by operational master data resources and provide guidelines for adoption.
Collaborate with business and data teams using Agile methodology to bring governance solutions to our global model.

About you

Experience:

5-10 years of professional experience in data management, ensuring governance processes compliance across cross-functional teams.

Soft and technical skills:

Proven experience leading teams with a governance mindset and managing multiple stakeholders
Strong understanding of how digital initiatives drive business value and support business transformation
Outstanding communication skills with ability to translate between business and technical domains
Forward-thinking approach with enthusiasm for exploring core model solutions that support process transformation
Capacity to grasp the global picture across multiple domains and teams
Experience navigating data concepts; knowledge of MDM and CI/CD concepts a plus
Excellent presentation skills with strong attention to detail and active listening
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in multicultural team environments
Capacity to learn new business concepts quickly and adapt to change

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field

Languages:

Fluency in English is essential for operating in a multicultural environment
