About the job:

  • IT infrastructure related support to customers in scope of the Level 2 support team
  • Escalate unsolved cases to the appropriate IT team
  • Maintain end-to-end ownership of all incidents and service requests
  • Record, track and manage cases in the helpdesk tracking database
  • Manage high priority incidents and provide support for planned special events
  • Cooperate with other team members
  • Take over calls transferred from Level 1
  • Perform reporting on distribution, asset statuses and licenses
  • Document new technical solutions and best practices with other colleagues

About you:

  • A high school diploma
  • Prior experience in IT support (min. 2 years)
  • Proficiency in French or German at a business level
  • English at a communication level
