About the job:
- IT infrastructure related support to customers in scope of the Level 2 support team
- Escalate unsolved cases to the appropriate IT team
- Maintain end-to-end ownership of all incidents and service requests
- Record, track and manage cases in the helpdesk tracking database
- Manage high priority incidents and provide support for planned special events
- Cooperate with other team members
- Take over calls transferred from Level 1
- Perform reporting on distribution, asset statuses and licenses
- Document new technical solutions and best practices with other colleagues
About you:
- A high school diploma
- Prior experience in IT support (min. 2 years)
- Proficiency in French or German at a business level
- English at a communication level
