Digital Business Analyst

The Digital Business Analyst is responsible for the advancement of digital business and their supporting technologies and contribution towards key business decisions on both a functional and technical level. He/She will demonstrate a good understanding on all digital Loyalty and e-commerce solutions and will map functional requirements to technical system features and functionality, furthermore responsible for contributing to all aspects of the analysis, design, development, building and testing of solutions within any Digital Factory project work.

REQUIREMENTS:
• University or college degree with specialization in Computer Science or Information Systems or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of proven experience in software development environment or analytics
• Enterprise level experience as Business Analyst/Sytem Analyst
• Experience in requirements gathering, use cases documentation, business analysis, systems design and integration, user interface design and implementation
• Experience in data analysis, conversion and migration, interfaces and reports; with gap analysis and blueprint development; system design using configuration and/or customization
• Excellent communicator with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Fluent English

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Documenting Requirements: Maintain clear and concise technical documentation in Confluence and Sparx EA, ensuring easy sharing between teams. Analyze user requirements, create technical specifications, and apply agile methodologies for business goal achievement.
• Implementing Solutions: Provide technical specifications to developers, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery. Ensure that the end goal is achieved, and stakeholders are satisfied.
• Testing: Build training material for implemented solutions, record feedback for future project iterations if necessary.
• Execution: Assess operational feasibility, participate in technical audits, and prioritize assignments within deadlines. Perform risk assessment and contribute to architectural change approval processes.
• Facilitation: Ask clarifying questions, interview stakeholders, and observe teams to understand project goals and objectives.
