What You’ll Do:

Understand business automation requirements and design scalable, user-friendly solutions.
Validate requirements with business teams and delivery partners.
Identify and implement fit-for-purpose automation tools using best practices.
Create detailed solution designs, including UAT test plans, and review them with BOT users and operations teams.
Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to design.
Maintain comprehensive documentation for all delivered solutions.
Provide regular updates to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Initiate and lead projects to improve team efficiency and ways of working.
Stay current with technology trends and assess new tools for automation.
Follow established norms and guidelines for RPA and other digital solutions.
Actively contribute to team meetings, knowledge-sharing sessions, and the Digital Academy

You will need

Experience level: 4-6 years in automation or digital transformation roles.
Domain skills: Process mapping and designing; creating functional and solution design documents.
Technical skills: Hands-on expertise with RPA tools such as Automation Anywhere or UIPath, and experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
Language skills:Advance English – essential for working in an international environment
Fluent Hungarian – required for local stakeholder collaboration
Strong stakeholder collaboration and customer-focused delivery.
Ability to build strong relationships and work with integrity.
Passion for continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
