This is not an internship, its a full-time leadership development program for ambitious young professionals who want to grow into leadership roles in FMCG. Over 12 months you will rotate across key commercial and marketing functions, lead strategic projects and develop the skills needed to shape brands, influence consumers and drive business growth.

What does Trade & Brand Marketing do?

At Coca-Cola HBC, Trade & Brand Marketing sits at the heart of business growth. Our teams build iconic brands, create winning shopper experiences and bring category growth strategies to life across channels. We work closely with Sales, Revenue Growth Management, Insights and Supply Chain teams to understand consumer needs, develop impactful activations and ensure flawless execution in the market. From launching innovations to shaping category strategies, Trade & Brand Marketing plays a key role in delivering sustainable growth and strengthening our market leadership.

What the program offers

• Gain hands-on experience across three key areas such as:
• Brand Marketing
• Trade Marketing
• Commercial Strategy / Revenue Growth Management
• Build a well-rounded understanding of how consumer, shopper and customer strategies come together to create business success.
• Real responsibility
• Lead cross-functional projects, take ownership of business initiatives and contribute to key commercial decisions while developing your leadership capabilities.
• Mentoring & coaching
• Partner with a senior Commercial or Marketing leader and an experienced career coach to accelerate your development and expand your leadership potential.

Program journey

• Onboarding (1–3 months)
• Understand our business model, company strategy and the FMCG landscape.
• Functional experience (4–9 months)
• Rotate across Trade Marketing, Brand Marketing and Commercial Strategy while contributing to strategic business projects.
• Cross-functional experience (10–11 months)
• Lead a project involving multiple stakeholders across Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain.
• Leadership experience (12–13 months)
• Manage a key initiative, mentor junior colleagues or lead a project team while developing essential leadership capabilities.

Who we are looking for

• 1–3 years of experience in FMCG, marketing, sales, category management, consulting or a related field
• Relevant university degree (Marketing, Business, Economics, Commerce or related disciplines)
• Strong motivation to grow into a commercial leadership role
• Strategic and analytical mindset
• Curiosity about consumer behavior and market dynamics
• Strong communication and influencing skills
• Experience leading projects, teams or initiatives (academic, professional or extracurricular)
• Fluent English and Hungarian
